A bit about myself

I’m Pawel, a Lead Designer with over 13 years of love for creativity and design.

From the early days of my career, I’ve been on a mission to inject my distinctive vision into every project. It’s not just a job; it’s a passion that’s only grown over the years. What keeps me going is the excitement of transforming ideas into tangible, effective designs.

My journey is a blend of academic knowledge and a lot of self-learning. I hold bachelors degree in sociology from AGH University, but my education didn’t stop there. It extended into the world of pixels, coding, and interactive user experiences. Years of experience and self-study became the backbone of my journey, merging the art of design with the science of human interaction.

I’m fascinated by solving complex user problems, and I feel excitement when my team receives a positive user feedback.

I love to create designs that not only look great but are also highly functional and effective.

My work ethic

I believe in keeping things real and impactful. Over the years, I’ve developed a way of working that blends creativity with human-centric approach:

  1. Remember the human – is the first rule of netiquette and also my personal motto. My designs are all about making life easier for people. Whether it’s cutting down training time or making operations smoother, I aim for designs that truly help people.
  2. Working Together – I collaborate closely with design teams, programmers and stakeholders. This ensures everyone’s on the same page, prioritizing simplicity and what users need.
  3. Designing for Real Impact – It’s not just about making things look good; it’s about making a real difference in business. From keeping clients happy to standing out in the market, I aim for designs that matter.
  4. Following Pareto Principle – Rather than building monuments, I believe in MVP and rapid prototyping. It’s about getting ideas out there fast, learning from users, and making our designs better on the go. 80% of the effects will usually come from 20% of effort put in it.
